What is a WooCommerce 3PL?

A 3PL, or third party logistics provider, is a company that stores your inventory and ships your orders for you. A WooCommerce 3PL connects to your store, so new orders reach its warehouse without you sending them by hand. That is different from the order fulfillment tools inside WooCommerce, which help you manage shipping when you still pack and send orders yourself.

How does my WooCommerce store connect to your warehouse?

You share your store's WooCommerce API keys and our IT team connects it to our WMS during onboarding. Your products come in by SKU, paid orders reach Doral automatically, orders canceled in your store are canceled with us too, stock levels update in your store as orders come in, and each shipped order is marked fulfilled with its tracking number.

Can you use my own packaging and inserts?

Yes. Your branded boxes, tissue, thank you cards and inserts are part of the SOP we write for your store, so every order looks like it came from your brand.

Can I use Amazon to fulfill my WooCommerce orders?

Some sellers use Amazon programs to ship orders from their other stores. With Palletized, your WooCommerce orders ship from our Doral warehouse, and we can also prep and send stock to Amazon from the same inventory with FBA prep. That way you sell on both without splitting your stock.

What does WooCommerce fulfillment cost?
