What is pick and pack fulfillment?

Pick and pack fulfillment is the process of picking the right items for each order from warehouse locations, packing them to the brand's standards and preparing the package for shipping. A 3PL like Palletized runs it for your brand from its own warehouse.

What is your same-day shipping cutoff time?

Orders received before the daily cutoff ship the same business day, and orders received after cutoff ship the next morning. Your Member Success contact confirms the cutoff for your account.

How do you keep orders accurate?

Every SKU and UPC is set up in our WMS, orders arrive automatically from your channels, items are picked from controlled locations and every order is registered at the pack station before it leaves.

Can I use custom branded boxes, tissue paper and inserts?

Yes. We follow your packaging guidelines. Store your branded materials with us and we will pack each order to your specification.

How does video recording at pack stations work?

Each packing station has an overhead camera tied to the barcode scanner. When an order is scanned, the recording is tagged to its tracking number, so a clip can be pulled up quickly if a customer reports an issue.

Can you ship DTC and wholesale orders from the same inventory?

Yes. We pick and pack DTC orders, prepare Amazon FBA shipments and fulfill wholesale and retail orders, including EDI, from one Miami inventory.

Do you handle returns and kitting as well?

Yes. We offer returns management and kitting and assembly under the same roof, run by the same team.
