Max Trujillo

Max Trujillo founded Palletized eHub in 2016 to give growing eCommerce brands a fulfillment partner that feels boutique, not industrial. Before Palletized, Max spent over a decade in international shipping and logistics operations across Venezuela and the U.S., holding roles from stevedoring terminals to freight management, and earned his MBA at EAE Business School. Today he leads Palletized's Doral, Miami hub, where the team fulfills for eCommerce sellers across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, nearly half of Palletized's partners ship in from abroad.

Before he was fulfilling orders for eCommerce brands, Max Trujillo was fulfilling ships. He started his career in international shipping and logistics in Venezuela, working terminal operations, freight coordination, and stevedoring for companies like T&T Stevedoring and Intermarine, before moving into logistics management roles that took him across the industry. He completed his MBA at EAE Business School and later served as Managing Director at T&T Shipping and Transport.

In 2016, Max brought that operational depth to eCommerce, founding Palletized eHub in Doral, Miami. What started as a small operation has grown into a boutique 3PL built around a simple idea: brands scaling fast shouldn't have to choose between speed, accuracy, and a fulfillment partner who actually knows their business. Today, Palletized supports eCommerce sellers across the U.S. and internationally, close to half of its partner base ships in from Latin America and Europe.

On the Palletized blog, Max writes about what actually happens behind the scenes of fulfillment, how orders move from click to door, what growing brands get wrong about logistics, and the operational decisions that separate a 3PL that scales with you from one that just ships boxes.
