Hidden fees are the number one frustration brands report with fulfillment centers. Before signing, get a complete breakdown of costs: receiving fees, storage costs, pick and pack fees, shipping rates, materials costs, and any peak season surcharges. If a provider can’t clearly explain their pricing structure, that’s a red flag.
